Oil light reset maintenance Buick Riviera

Reset service light indicator, engine oil life Buick Riviera, year 1995-1999 reset instructions:

1. Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).
2. Display the OIL LIFE INDEX on the Driver Information Centre.
3. Press and hold the RESET button for 5 seconds. The message RESET displays and the OIL LIFE INDEX changes to 100% to indicate the system is reset.
4. Turn the ignition off and start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
